1. No Return Policy (Food Items)
At Salad Point, we prepare and sell food products. Due to strict hygiene and health safety requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped and delivered to you.
We ensure that all products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please contact our support team immediately before opening the product.
2. Order Cancellation by Customer
We understand that you may occasionally change your mind. You can cancel your order only if it meets the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been packed and shipped from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an eligible order, please follow these steps:

- Please mention your Order ID and the reason for cancellation in your communication.
4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund process will be initiated automatically.
- Prepaid Orders: The full order amount will be refunded to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
- Refund Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
5. Order Cancellation by Us
Salad Point reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- The product is unexpectedly out of stock.
- We identify inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- We suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.
If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
